About the Service

Temp Mail is a free, registration-free, receive-only temporary email service operated by Ethan Sunray LLC. The project is no longer under active feature development. We maintain the existing service and make necessary bug and security fixes.

A temporary mailbox is normally available for 10 minutes. During that period, you may receive and read incoming messages and download available attachments. The Service does not send or reply to email, provide permanent mailboxes, offer accounts or paid plans, or accept payments or subscriptions.

Temporary Nature and Access Links

Temporary mailboxes are intended for short-lived, non-critical use. Do not use them for financial accounts, identity documents, confidential information, password recovery, long-term access, or any communication you cannot afford to lose. Mailboxes and their contents expire and cannot be recovered after deletion or expiration.

You are responsible for keeping the mailbox access link and QR code private. Anyone who has the complete access link may be able to open the mailbox while it remains valid.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

We may block access, remove data, or cooperate with valid legal requests when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties.

Availability and Changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, delivery of any message, compatibility with another provider, or preservation of mailbox data. We may restrict, change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Third-Party Content

Incoming messages, attachments, and linked websites may be supplied by third parties. We do not endorse or control that content. Use caution with links and files from unknown senders.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethan Sunray LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, missed messages, or losses caused by reliance on a temporary mailbox. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Privacy

Our collection and handling of information are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. The revised date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
